Jerry Wilkins
CEO
Jerry brings 19 years of experience in management, sales and operations to the Nueterra family. Before joining Nueterra HR Solutions, Jerry's most recent role was a management position within a national insurance brokerage, focusing on the property and casualty markets. Jerry graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a bachelor's degree in business with an emphasis on Marketing.
Curt Matlach
Senior Vice President,
Sales and Marketing
Curt has more than 16 years sales industry experience, with a background in management, sales and financial services, working with Fortune 500 companies such as Merrill Lynch and Charles Schwab. Prior to joining Nueterra HR Solutions, Curt worked for a nationally recognized, ESAC-accredited PEO. He has a degree in International Business from Oral Roberts University and an MBA from Oklahoma State University.

Jamie Harrell, PHR
Senior Vice President,
Human Resources
Jamie has an extensive HR management and recruiting background. Prior to joining Nueterra HR Solutions, she worked for a leading, nationally accredited PEO managing a strategic human resource services team. She supplied this service to approximately 45 client companies, with more than 1,100 employees. Jamie holds a degree in Business Management and an MBA from Oklahoma State University. She is also PHR certified.

Travis Biggert, CIC
Senior Vice President,
Nueterra Insurance Solutions
Travis has more than 10 years experience in the commercial insurance industry, working with hundreds of clients, some of which having sales in excess of $2 billion. In his partnership with Nueterra HR Solutions, his focus is on the design and implementation of risk management strategies and creating innovative product and partner solutions for Nueterra's worldwide entities. Prior to joining Nueterra, Travis worked for a national insurance brokerage in the capacities of team leader, producer and sales trainer.

Elaine Girdner, CEBS
Director of Benefits
Elaine joined Nueterra HR Solutions in 2011, bringing with her more than 30 years of experience in managing employee benefit programs for both corporate and client employees. Prior to joining Nueterra, Elaine worked for a number of major corporations, including the world's largest professional services organization. She has a broad range of experience managing compensation, human resources, accounting and leadership strategies. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and is a certified employee benefit specialist.

Nikki Johnson, SPHR
Vice President, Human Resources
Nikki has more than 12 years of HR recruiting and management experience. Prior to joining Nueterra HR Solutions, Nikki worked with both large, acute-care hospitals and local health care providers, some with more than 1,200 employees. Nikki holds a masters' degree in Human Resource Management and is also an adjunct instructor at Baker University.

Sharon Hardy
Payroll Director
Sharon brings more than 25 years of broad payroll and accounting experience to the company. Her background includes 10 years as a payroll administrator at YRC Worldwide, and more than 12 years in payroll, accounts payable and HR positions at Sprint Nextel. She has experience in implementing and managing multiple payroll and HR systems, as well as policy and procedure administration.
